For my 3rd post ive decided to do it on the actually maker of ketchup, the big cheese.

In my previous posts i have talked about Ketchup and whats inside and I told you when it was invented, now I'm gunna tell you who invented it and more about their background and how they come across making it.

Now, ketchup was one of tose products that everyone said they invented by them-selves but each inventor came from a different culture and dofferent parts of the world so their weer different ingredients and different names for each-one. The original ketchup was called Ki-tsiap by the Chinese. It was a tangy sauce of pickled fish, shellfish, and spices. In the 1700's though English sailors came across this sauce in Mayala and brought it back to England, the only thing was they couldn't make more because they didn't have all the ingredients compared to in China.

England made Ketchup though, just not as good and with different flavors like walnut, anchovy, lemon, and tomatoes! As their stolen product became more popular so were cook books at the time, and in 1792 a booked called " The New Art of Cookery" came out staring the english's version of Tomatoe Catsup was aired.

Then in 1876 a guy named Henry J. Heinz began mass-producing of "Catsup", became popular and than was one of the hottest ingredients to put in your fridge/ shelf to date, called Heinz Ketchup.

Visual look of Ketchup:

Ketchup over the years has been changing their bottles and their labels over and over. The first bottle of Ketchup was published in 1727. Over the years though they have made the ketchup taste better and easier to use, from the original glass bottle to the plastic squeeze bottle they have been moving forward.

Heinz (worlds leader in most ketchup sold) made a "weird" and "funky" product that put ketchup user in a maze. Coloured Ketchup was their latest invention and it definatley suprised others. Funky colours like purple green orange are some examples of what i am talking about, but at the same time they taste exactly the same. The funny thing with that is kids and adults were still buting this ketchup. I don't know if they wanted to be different? Or just wanted to act brave and eat it? I have no clue, but when i first tried it I was scared but it turned out to be really yummy. So, in my books I would say that it was a success they managed to grab kids attention with the look of the bottle and the ketchup it's- self, and kept the yummy as well.

For my first post I've decided that im going to do mine on Ketchup and what is inside ketchup.

Ketchup is a condiment that is made out of Tomatoes most of the time. The prime ingredients that make Ketchup taste so good are- tomato concentrate, spirit vinegar, milk, corn syrup, sugar, salt, spice, celery and garlic powder. Ketchup first term was "sauce", which was made from Mushrooms, fish brine with herbs and spices but over the years it has got more ingredients and tastes in it and it has exploded as a daily thing you use of food.
